Dale Chandler has served as the EMS Chief for Stanly County EMS since 2021. Built on a strong educational background, Chief Chandler passionately advocates for continuous professional development and formal secondary education for first responders. Under his leadership, he heavily prioritizes implementing modern technology to drive data-backed operational decisions that improve both agency efficiency and patient outcomes. Demonstrating his commitment to industry excellence, Dale was a member of the second-ever group to earn the prestigious Certified Executive EMS Officer designation from the North Carolina Association of EMS Administrators. When he is not focused on advancing his agency and the EMS profession, he spends his spare time keeping up with his three busy children.
