Dr. Jeremiah Underwood currently serves as the Dean of Human Services & Public Safety at Guilford Technical Community College. His career spans over three decades, evolving from a front-line paramedic and training officer to an academic director and divisional dean. Passionate about the continued growth of the EMS profession, Dr. Underwood is actively involved in curriculum development and accreditation efforts. As a frequent speaker and contributing author to national publications, he is always striving to share his experiences and learn alongside his peers in the public safety community.
