Frederic C. McCall III, MBBS, NRP is the EMS Program Director at Pitt Community College and an EMS Specialist with Greenville Fire & Rescue. Combining experience in EMS operations, education, public health, and healthcare leadership, he works to bridge the gap between EMS training and field practice through innovative workforce development and educational partnerships.

Mr. McCall has led EMS program expansion, accreditation initiatives, clinical education improvements, and statewide healthcare outreach efforts. His professional interests include workforce readiness, leadership development, clinical education quality improvement, and strengthening collaboration between educational institutions and EMS agencies. He is passionate about preparing the next generation of EMS professionals for success in North Carolina's evolving healthcare system.
