Luke Keeler serves as an Outreach Specialist with the NC Health Information Exchange Authority (NC HIEA). He brings 15 years of public health experience, specializing in communicable disease work. Luke has supported local health departments in Harnett and Wake counties and later served with the Division of Public Health at the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. He joined the NC HIEA team in 2023.
