NEMSMA Basic EMS Field Training Officer (FTO) Course
Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Max has been with Durham County EMS since 2011 where he has served in the role of District Chief & Educator for the past 5+ years. Through the National EMS Management Association, Max has had the opportunity to assist with the development and implementation of both the Basic FTO class, as well as the Developing and Managing “2.0” projects. For his efforts in EMS education, Max was awarded the FTEP Instructor of the Year by NEMSMA at their inaugural conference in March of 2026.
